BOOKS BY AND ABOUT WILLIAM MORRIS

Compiled by Florence Boos and Mark Samuels Lasner

NOTE: This a but a representative sampling of available material. We have concentrated on books which can be found in most academic libraries and, occasionally, in bookshops. The sections are arbitrary and inclusion in one does not mean that an item is not relevant to another--Morris was, after all, many-sided and impossible to categorize.

Two complementary sources for further information are:

Gary L. Aho, William Morris; A Reference Guide. Boston, 1987.
