Sponsored by the William Morris Society in the United States, the American Friends of Arts and Crafts in Chipping Campden, the Grolier Club, the Stickley Museum at Craftsman Farms, and the Victorian Society in America.

Freshwater, Virginia Woolf's only play, is a hilarious farce taken from the life of her great-aunt, Julia Margaret Cameron, the famous Victorian photographer. It was first performed at Vanessa Bell's London studio in 1935 as one of Bloomsbury's theatrical evenings. Directed by Arthur Giron with a volunteer cast, this reading is occasioned by the Groleir Club's public exhibition, This Perpetual Fight: Love and Loss in Virginia Woolf's Intimate Circle (17 September - 22 November 2008).

Tickets: $12 reduced rate for members of the Society and the other sponsoring organizations; $18 for others.
