Social event

Our friends North of the Border (i.e. The William Morris Society of Canada) have graciously invited those attending the MLA convention to come to a social gathering-cum-dinner at the home of William Hall, WMSC Past-President. Here are the details:

Sunday, 28 December, 6pm
101 Riverview Gardens, Toronto, M6S 4E7, Tel. (416) 766-7173

INSTRUCTIONS: WMSC members will provide a car pool from the Royal York Hotel. Pick-up time 5.30pm.

If anyone wishes to go on their own by subway, they need only go to the Old Mill stop on the Bloor West line, phone Bill's home, and someone will pick them up from there; there is only one exit at this stop. (Take either Yonge line north to Bloor interchange, or take University line north to St. George or Spadina interchange, and in either case proceed west on the Bloor line. Perhaps a 20-min. ride in all). If anyone should be driving, they can call Bill beforehand for instructions.

RSVP: Space is somewhat limited. If you plan to come please contact Mark Samuels Lasner, Biblio@aol.com, by 24 December.
