  • All Saints Church, Middleton Cheney: situated near Banbury, All Saints Church is just two miles east of Junction 11 on the M40. The church, built in 1302, contains much Pre-Raphaelite stained glass and Morris' 1865 design for two very large painted ceilings in the Church. The Church is now open every Friday and Saturday between 12.00 noon and 1.00 p.m. A church guide is available at 50p. For larger groups, when pre-arranged, tea and coffee may be purchased. The ceiling can also be partially floodlit on request. No commercial photography permitted without full prior written permission from the Church Wardens. Telephone 01295-712265 and ask for Bob.
